You will receive personal 1 to 1 attention and service with on-going communication throughout all stages of your event. We are also available to meet with you at any time 7 days a week for your convenience.

We are also very conscious of and CAUTIOUS of site obstacles such as: flowerbeds, sprinkler systems and underground utilities. We assure our clients that we will perform in a courteous, professional and timely manner. Every site will be left as we found it, clean and orderly. 4 Steps To A Most Memorable And
Stress-Free Event
1) Know
your budget: Setting up
a budget and knowing what you can spend will help you in the planning stages
of your event.
2) List
your objectives: Write down
what you are looking for and expecting from each vendor. This is like your
event plan. Make it very detailed and list the different items and equipment
needed. Write down the colors and sizes (if possible) and any special requests
for each vendor.
3) Ask
questions: When talking with
vendors ask specific questions and listen carefully to their answers. In
addition to your own personal planning questions, here are a few other
questions I suggest you ask:
- Will your equipment arrive
clean and in good physical and working condition?
- Will you and your staff arrive
on time and in uniform?
- Will you
and your staff be courteous and respectful of me, my property, other vendors
and individuals?
- Will you
keep me up-to-date and communicate with me throughout the different stages
of my event so that I will not stress and grow anxious?
- Will you
give me your personal 1-on-1 attention and service?
- Will you
pay close attention to detail and take care of any and all concerns I may
have?
- Are you a
member of any professional trade groups?
- Do you have
a portfolio and a list of references available?
4) Once you are satisfied that you are working with an honest, competent, professional, invite them to give you a written quotation for the items/ services you desire. A written quotation gives you the assurance that you know exactly what your job will cost —no surprises. This will help you stay within your budget. ATTENTION!
